ARGES MEMBERSHIP AND USER AGREEMENT
When you click on the "I have read and accept the User Agreement" box in the membership application form, you declare that you have read and accepted the entire text of this Membership and User Agreement ("Agreement").

ARTICLE 1. PARTIES

(a) ARGES TRADE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "Arges"), located at 10, Triq II-Hannewija, San Pawl Tat-Targa, Naxxar NXR 1302, Malta,

(b) you (referred to as the “Customer”) who wish to open a membership on the www.walbit.io website and benefit from the services under this Agreement.

ARTICLE 2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement determines the membership system of the www.walbit.io trade site, where Arges sells online services, the rules regarding the use of this site by the user, or the mutual obligations to the services that he/she wishes to receive online.

ARTICLE 3. MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM

a) The Customer will fill in all the information requested in the membership application form (“Membership Application Form”) at www.walbit.io/register completely and accurately, and the form filled by the Customer will be sent to Arges electronically through the system. As a result of the examination of this form, people who are not found objectionable by Arges to become a member may have a membership account (“Membership Account”).

b) In order for the customer to benefit from the services that require membership of the WEB Site, he must log in to the Membership Account with the e-mail address and password he specified while registering in the Membership Application Form. Arges may unilaterally stop providing any service to the customer at any time.

ARTICLE 4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

a) Obligations of the Customer

1. The Customer states that all the information he/she has informed Arges in the Membership Application Form is true and up-to-date, that he/she bears all responsibility for this information being inaccurate, incomplete or not up-to-date, and that Arges is irresponsible with regard to these, and that Arges always does so. He/she irrevocably accepts, declares and undertakes that Arges may suspend the Membership Account and stop serving the Customer for this reason.

2. The Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she will only use the Membership Account, will not allow others to access or make transactions through the Membership Account, will not give or share the user and password information of the Membership Account to third parties, and that he/she will show great effort and take the necessary precautions to avoid his/her Membership Account being accessed by third parties, that all of the transactions made in the Membership Account are under the exclusive responsibility of the Customer, regardless of who is made, and that he/she knows that the Customer is responsible for all of these losses in case Arges or third parties incur losses as a result of acting contrary to these statements.

3. The customer accepts, declares and undertakes that Arges is the sole and exclusive owner of both the images, content, services, products, etc. presented on the website and Intellectual Property Rights and other rights of all elements, and that he/she will not copy, reproduce, distribute any of these elements, will not use within the scopes specified in this Agreement, will not reverse engineer the elements of the service (including codes) provided by Arges, will not use, will not disassemble, reproduce, distribute, sub-license, cause third parties to be exposed to these processes, and that it is fully responsible for all damages that Arges or third parties may suffer as a result of these.

4. The customer accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she cannot exchange services with a credit card from the system before the validity of the credit card is approved for the services he/she has purchased under the Arges Membership Account and will be provided to him/her, and that all responsibility for payments made with a credit card belonging to a third party that has no contact with Arges as a payment tool.

5. The customer accepts, declares and undertakes that the addresses provided by the him/herfor communication are correct and up-to-date, and that Arges is not responsible for messages and information that will be lost and/or received incompletely or sent to the wrong address in the use of services and sending messages.

6. The Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that Arges will act in accordance with the conditions determined by Arges regarding the services offered on the Website, and that in case of non-compliance with these rules, it will immediately indemnify all of the damages incurred by Arges and third parties upon the first request.

7. The Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that all of the records and materials obtained by using the Website services are within his/her own consent, that the failures that may occur on the Customer's computer, loss of information and other losses are entirely his/her own responsibility, he/she will not hold Arges responsible for any damages that may be incurred due to the use of the services, furthermore, that it will immediately indemnify all of the damages that Arges and third parties may suffer as a result of these situations, upon the first request.

8. The customer accepts, declares and undertakes to, while using the Website and the services offered by Arges, abide by all moral and behavioral rules, not to display disturbing and threatening attitudes to other users, not to record materials and information that are contrary to general morality, illegal, damaging the name of persons or institutions, and information belonging to others, not to publish, distribute, and not to use or allow the use of information and programs that may harm the information and software related to or stored in the hardware of third parties or the software.

9. The Customer agrees, declares and undertakes not to advertise on the Website or other services/products, not to sell any goods or services or to take actions or offers to sell without the consent of Arges.

10. The Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that Arges can monitor the entire system or any part of the system at any time, freeze, delete the Membership Accounts subject to these transactions, suspend or completely stop the services in case of encountering transactions contrary to this Agreement, that Arges has absolute discretion in these matters and that he/she has no right to demand any claim from Arges for this reason.

11. The Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that Arges' Web Site may contain third-party content or links to other websites, and that Arges is not responsible for these contents and links.

b) Obligations of Arges

1. Arges shall establish and maintain the technical infrastructure necessary to ensure the continuity and security of the walbit.io WEB Site.

2. Arges shall make the utmost effort to ensure that the information contained in the system is healthy, but cannot be held responsible for inaccurate information received from sources other than Arges.

3. Arges shall make the utmost effort to provide the services provided on the walbit.io WEB Site to the use of the customer in the fastest and best way, but Arges cannot be held responsible in case of malfunctions due to reasons not attributable to Arges at this point.

4. Arges will perform its services in a fair order. However, Arges cannot be held responsible for changes that may occur within or outside the knowledge of Arges.

5. No information regarding the credit cards belonging to the customer or third parties used as a payment tool is stored in the Arges database, and the customer only makes transactions with the company that mediates the payment.

ARTICLE 5. AUTHORITIES

a. After confirming the Agreement, the Customer can start using the services offered by Arges with the username and password that he has determined in the application form. Arges may arbitrarily and indefinitely prevent the Customers who have signed the Agreement or the Customers who have already signed the Agreement and started to use a new password, from having a new password or using their passwords without any warning or notice.

b. Arges may, at any time, temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the walbit.io WEB Site system. Therefore, Arges will not be liable in any way against the members of the walbit.io WEB Site or third parties.

c. Arges owns and owns the copyrights of documents, information, software, services, designs, graphics etc. that it produces or purchases from outside. The customer will observe and will not violate the copyrights of Arges and third parties on the walbit.io WEB Site.

d. Arges may enable the customer to access websites other than the WEB Site. In this case, Arges is not responsible for the content and security of the migrated website.

e. Arges is fully authorized to make the personal information transmitted by the customer to be used by content providers and web service users for necessary communication, promotion, delivery of goods, advertisement etc. commercial purposes. If the Customer refuses to grant these permissions, the Customer may log in to the Membership Account and turn off the options for sending commercial messages, thus refusing to receive commercial messages.

f. Arges is authorized to change the prices and product feature information of the services offered for sale on the walbit.io WEB Site. If there is an error in the price or product feature information, Arges serves to correct this error or cancels the order and returns the order amount to the customer's account. In the event that Arges at any time offers discounts, etc. for the service packages purchased by the Customer, after the Customer's purchase, the Customer cannot demand discounts or other benefits from Arges.

g. Arges does not guarantee that the walbit.io WEB Site services will be provided in a timely, secure and error-free manner, that the results obtained from the use of the service are accurate and reliable, and that the service quality will meet the expectations.

h. Arges has the right to transform non-membership services into services that require membership, as well as converting services that require membership into services that do not require membership, if it deems necessary. It can open additional new services, make existing services chargeable or completely remove them from use.

i. When necessary, Arges may allocate a quota it deems appropriate for the storage of members' files. Arges has the authority to increase or decrease these quotas as needed. Arges has the authority to back up and delete some or all of the files and messages to be found in the environment, in periods it deems appropriate. Arges will not be held responsible for backup and deletion processes.

j. Arges has the right to unilaterally suspend or cancel the use of any payment system. For this reason, the Customer cannot make any demands from Arges.

k. In the event that Arges cannot use the service ordered for any reason, the customer cannot demand any fee such as delay interest, price difference, foreign exchange difference, etc., due to the fee to be returned to the Membership Account.

l. If the customer approves this contract, it will be deemed to have accepted the contract and the contract will come into effect. If it is not approved, a Membership Account will not be created for the customer to enter the walbit.io website.

ARTICLE 6. VALIDITY OF RECORDS

Parties accept, declare and undertake that in disputes that may arise from this contract, the book records and computer records of both parties will constitute binding, conclusive and exclusive evidence.

ARTICLE 7. CONFIDENTIALITY

The customer accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she shall not use any information he/she learns from his relationship with Arges, including but not limited to passwords, codes, strategies, regarding the system of the walbit.io WEB Site and that he/she will not share with them will third parties and will take all necessary measures to keep them confidential during the contract period or after the contract ends for any reason. If it is determined that the Customer has violated this article, the Agreement will be terminated immediately and the Membership Account will be cancelled. The customer accepts that he/she will indemnify all damages incurred by Arges or third parties in this regard.

ARTICLE 8. PRODUCT/SERVICE PRINCIPLE

Although it varies according to the content of the service package that the Customer will purchase after this Agreement, Arges provides the Customer with an interface service with various ready-made strategies for investing, primarily in the crypto market. The customer will be able to use one or more of these strategies predefined by Arges within his own investment strategy. Strategies offered by Arges to the use of the Customer do not provide a certain guarantee of winning, and Arges is not responsible to any party for losses arising from their use.

a) The customer will fill in all the information requested in the membership application form (“Membership Application Form”) at www.walbit.io/register completely and accurately, and the form filled in by the Customer will be sent to Arges electronically through the system. As a result of the examination of this form, people who are not found objectionable by Arges to become a member may have a membership account (“Membership Account”).

Arges can use its own and third party companies' infrastructures in the services provided to the Customer. Arges may change this way of working, provided that it is notified to the customer in advance.

ARTICLE 9. DISCLAIMER

THE CUSTOMER IS EXCLUSIVELY AND INDIVIDUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF THE TRANSACTIONS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER WITHIN THE MEMBER ACCOUNT CREATED BY THE CUSTOMER WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. ARGES TRADE LIMITED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY FOR THE RESULTS AND QUALITY OF THE SERVICES, SUCH AS AVAILABILITY FOR SALE, TRANSACTIONS MADE IN THE CUSTOMER'S BENEFIT. THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT HOLD ARGES TRADE LIMITED RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE TRANSACTIONS MADE BY THE MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT, FOR THAT REASON, NON ARGES TRADE LIMITED NOR ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND BUSINESS ARGES TRADE LIMITED PARTNERS.

ARTICLE 10. APPLICABLE PROVISIONS

In all disputes that may arise regarding this contract, primarily the provisions of this contract, and the provisions not included in this contract, the laws of Malta shall apply.

ARTICLE 11. AUTHORIZED COURTS AND EXECUTION OFFICES

This contract has been drawn up and signed in one copy, and Malta Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to settle any disputes arising from the contract.

ARTICLE 12. ENFORCEMENT

This Agreement enters into force on the date it is signed between the Parties and continues indefinitely if it is not terminated for any reason.

ARTICLE 13. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

This contract may be terminated at any time provided that Arges or the customer notifies in writing.

In addition, this Agreement may be terminated by Arges based on a justified reason without any notification if the Customer violates any of the terms in this Agreement. In such a case, the Customer's account may be suspended or closed, and the Customer shall not be liable for any refund etc. against these transactions made by Arges. accepts, declares and undertakes that it does not have the right to demand.

ARTICLE 14. NOTIFICATION

If the parties do not notify the other party in writing and through a notary public that the address has changed, the addresses mentioned in this agreement are the notification addresses and the notifications made to these addresses are deemed to have been served.

This contract consists of 14 (fourteen) articles and has been read and signed by the parties together with the annexes written below.
